However I would recommend you to go for Wahl blades itself. I have been using Wahl KM2 and KM5 with 2 Wahl blades and 4 andis blades. Andis blades were purchased almost 1.5 years later compared to Wahl blades. Initially I had very good experience with andis however, it is the andis blades which caught rust and had its teeth broken in spite of the fact that it was newer. Walsh is still rust free and zero broken teeth. It took absolutely hours to clip the dogs, about four hours actually! It was awful. I'd end up with a sore back and the dogs dreaded clipping time. Eventually, I mean over a year later, I decided to try different blades. Well, my husband clipped our black doodle first - she has a retrieverish type coat and the clipping time more than halved! Weeks later I bit the bullet and used it on our apricot doodle and she has a poodle coat. Well! it took me just over an hour! It was as though she felt better about it too as she didn't do all the pulling away when I was doing her legs, bless! So, absolutely fabulous purchase. Extremely pleased!
