This is the first time I have ever tried pancakes ever. It tastes really good ( though I don't have anything to compare it to). It's fluffy, it's sweet but not too sweet. I even tried to make uttappam with it ( I am a student and I tried a fast alternative to the traditional method) and surprisingly it didn't taste sweet at all. All the sweetness can easily be maksed with regular toppings. Pros: - It's a perfect 10 min snack for anyone - it's fluffy and tastes good ( I have no idea about the actual terms, all I can say is that it tastes good) Cons - it's not too sweet ( maybe it's just me, but I kinda had a false idea that pancakes are supposed to be sugary sweet) In short: go for it, you won't regret it. I am gonna be buying more of these once I reach the end of this pack.

My family and I love these pancakes. It is simple and fast. And throw in a bottle of maple syrup and these are heavenly delights. These are fluffy and delicious. Just read the instruction on the package and in less than ten minutes you can have the first pancake off the pan. And in twenty minutes you can have healthy tasty breakfast ready. We love these and these are regular repeat orders for us. One box usually lasts us about three weeks, unless we get guests then sometimes the whole box can be polished off in one single sitting. Give your family a healthy treat, try these, you'll love em.

This Pancake mix is really easy to use,just have to mix the ready flour mix with appropriate amount of water to make the batter! I found this very useful when making pancakes for breakfast at hostel on an induction cook top!(see the pictures ;) ) Taste-8/10;mildly sweet,does not have a strong taste of its own so i suggest adding cocoa/coffee powder/honey/cinnamon powder etc.in the batter. Quality-8/10;good flour quality,mixes very well with milk/water. Nutrition-6/10;low score on this one since it is mainly refined & all purpose flour which is just CARBS. I would add Whey protein to the mix to make it more Proteinicious! Overall-8/10; Worth buying for sure,making pancakes is very easy and convenient with this ready flour mix. This mixture of pancake is really amazing and less time consuming. One best thing is there is an option to add curd instead of eggs that is good for vegetarians. Just add water or milk and enjoy tasty pancakes in a short time. Perfect consistency of batter that makes it fluffy and soft and more delicious. Perfect choice for a tasty meal. Quick recipe and convenient. Perfect meal.

This pancake mix is most similar to my homemade recipe which my children cherish. And cooks faster than the homemade. So its a very easy breafast menu when in hurry.

(Wiki) How to make Great Pancakes with this Mix? 1. Add water and the pancake mix powder in a bowl and mix a thick batter. Try not to make it too thick. 2. Add some butter into the pan just to grease the pan. 3. Pour the batter into pan and when bubbles start to form on the top and the edges start to turn golden brown, flip the pancake. 4. Cook till the pancake are golden brown on the other side also. 5. Serve this pancake with honey or chocolate syrup.
