This paella pan and burner set is awesome - used it for my kid's Spanish dinner project and it worked perfectly. The 20-inch carbon steel pan makes a monster amount of paella, enough to feed a crowd with no problem. The burner provides even heat distribution across the entire pan, so everything cooks uniformly without hot spots. Our paella turned out great with that perfect socarrat (crispy bottom layer) that you want. The quality is solid and feels like it'll last through many paella nights. For anyone wanting to make authentic paella at home, especially outdoors, this set delivers restaurant-quality results. Highly recommend.

Easy to assemble and great results

The stand is well made & easy to assemble. The two burners give good heat control and the paella pan is perfect. The handles do get hot so we use a silicone grip to lift the pan if we need to move it. An 11lb propane tank fits nicely in the centre of the stand. We purchased separately the connector for the tank to burner. First time using it was for a birthday party and it was a great success.
