Waste of money
I'm writing this review after using the earphones for 6 months. I spent ₹3,000 on these, and honestly, the sound quality is just average—not great, just okay. What really frustrated me and pushed me to write this review is the poor build quality. One of the earphone wires got damaged and stopped working properly. Even though the product was still under warranty, when I reached out for support, the vendor told me I had to pay import charges for a replacement. Shockingly, the import cost was nearly the same as the price of the earphones! I'm extremely disappointed with Ludos and especially upset with the vendor. I strongly advise against buying these earphones—particularly if you're purchasing from India. It's a complete waste of money.

I just received my Ludos earbuds today, and I am really pleased. I know this is a bit superficial of me, but they arrived in a wonderful little tin box. Inside the box, along with the earbuds. was a small drawstring bag. I might not use it for my earbuds, but I love it anyway. There is also a card that says "Thank you from Ludos". Again, I know -- it's mass produced; but the idea is just lovely. When I plugged my Ludos earbuds into my laptop, I was amazed at the sound. It's so much clearer! I'm delighted that this small thing at a perfectly reasonable cost would have such class and quality. I will definitely order from Ludos again.
