Pretty easy to set up, but the instructions for routing the cables through the pulleys are on little sheets of paper in the bags of pulleys, not in the actual instruction book. So far, I am impressed with the gym functions. It is great if you are just getting into working out and need a starter gym. The weight stack says it goes up to 122.5 pounds but the rod doesn’t reach the bottom plate, so really it’s only 110 pounds useable. Other than that, it’s pretty solid and functions well. Im 56 and just getting started working out regularly. It works for me.

Easy to put together, really well made, great materials! The wires glide quietly and the weights slide smoothly. Great and well priced home gym!

It’s a nice machine, it’s good for a 67 year old. Not hard to put together, if you are handy with tools. It is sturdy enough, not flimsy. The pads for the leg lifts are too hard, so I don’t use the leg lifts. My previous machine had thicker and softer pads. The smaller weight on top of the stack was cracked and leaking sand. I had to patch it with rubber glue.

Good quality at an affordable price. Assembly easy enough for one, take you time and easy with your own tool. I am pleased with this gym. Exceptionally well packed. Nice to have extra parts. App is a waste of time

This is the worst weight machine. It's very tippy if you don't anchor it to the flooring which most people don't do for a home gym. The cable system is not smooth in fact it's very jerky and can't be adjusted out. The seat is not adjustable making it so different size users can't comfortably use the fly station and the arm station. Also the top weight in the stack cannot be removed so the cables always have a 10lb weight on them. This makes it difficult for weaker users. I would send this back but the box was pretty much destroyed when I got it and I don[t think it will repack very well. Save you money and don't buy this machine it's a total piece of crap and you will be disappointed.

I ordered the 160lbs version, though I was sent the 122.5lbs version... Amazon made it right and gave me a partial refund since I had assembled it before I realized the weight difference. But the quality and value of this set-up is great! it's like having a gym in my home and it's much easier than trying to have the motivation to get up and drive to the gym.
