Size. The size is way too big ! From size 9.5 us to size 11 us! But also they were delivered late. I'm disappointed and confused as I don't know what to do about it as I'm on way to Africa.

it opens up and needs a strap to hold it. unfortunately since it is a flat I cannot use a strap to give it a Mary Jane look to hold it.

I got this at a discounted price. And another plus point - I have narrow feet so difficult to find shoes to fit as most shoes here in Australia are for wide feet. This pair came from the US. I was pleasantly surprised that it was for narrow feet. The only issue I have is size 6.5 seems smaller than the ones here. Fortunately this pair will stretch. I have this Vivienne pumps in Nude.

I purchased this shoe because I loved the color and Naturalizer usually makes very comfortable shoes. These are cotton shoes with zero stretch and support. They seem to be cut shorter than the leather versions. Buyer beware.

I have ordered this brand of shoe before in a 7 1/2 medium and it has run a little too small so I got a 7 1/2 wide in the shoe, wore for the first time today (3/24/23) and it is way too wide. It stretches out at the sides and my return window is closed. Hopefully I can get an insert to make it fit better.
