Our Handy Smoker arrived promptly and exceeded our expectations. Very easy to setup and pumped out an impressive amount of smoke, and that was just on the low setting. We infused hamburgers with the included apple chips and they were extremely flavorful compared to the non-infused ones, and it really took less than one minute to add all that flavor! I definitely recommend purchasing the dome as it made it easy to keep in the smoke. I cannot wait to try steaks, roasts, and other meats. A great little gadget to add to your kitchen arsenal.

Works great. Smokes steaks with great flavor.

Works as expected. Whether cold smoking foods, or smoking cocktails this works fine. I have one for myself, and recently bought one as a gift. Personally, I'd recommend a different brand of smoking chips, but it's easy to use and gets the job done.

I need instructions not in the box

I mainly use this at work to add smoke flavor to my meals during my long shifts. Everything from steaks to chili, stews, and cold cuts and cheeses

Product arrived and DID NOT WORK!! Looked as though it has been returned prior to seller shipping it to me. No instructions were included. Box looked opened and when we put batteries in the compartment——NOTHING!! Nada!! Returned and purchased one from Sur La Table
