I was having issues with my short term memory and it was causing issues at work. I started taking this supplement and within 2 weeks I noticed a huge improvement with my memory and my ability to understand new processes at work better. I have purchased this supplement a couple of times and have taken it for more than 90 days. It has helped me feel more focused. The taste is not too bad; recommend eating something before taking. They are not too large and are easy enough to swallow. They are a good value compared to other products that are similar. The quality seems good and they have helped with energy and mood. Now one thing that I want to point out-- is the St. John's Wort. This supplement makes you more sensitive to sunlight and more likely to sunburn. So, be careful! Especially if you live in a sunny part of the world.

This stuff works and this is my second bottle. The only thing I didn’t like is that there’s bunch of powder residue inside the bottle. I don’t remember having this powder issue on my first bottle. So I don’t know if I get a bad batch.

This supplement is a 9in1 brain supplement so if your looking for a brain booster I think this is the best thing for you it keeps your brain going

I don't know if it actually helps my memory but it seems to give me a little energy boost and I feel more alert. Much cheaper than most advertised brain supplements!
