Lovely looking mic!
Replaced the old one after 6 years -not sure why it stopped working but it had had good use. The good news was I could replace like for like. Looks great, works very well, no fancy switches and programmes its a basic microwave with very good looks. Just what I want and need.

Quality product
Attractive Microwave with easy to use controls ,easy read blue digital timer . It is lighter bin weight than my previous Microwaves so does slide on the work top quite easily ,not sure the chrome plastic door handle will stay the same in time . Swan quality is not how it was a few decades ago but thats same as many appliances designed in the UK but made in China .overall yes I’m happy with it !

Good colour, easy to use microwave. Just hope it lasts. Had one previously that didn’t last long.

Good product
This the second one I've bought it has some good updates on the programing. The first one lost some of the enamel paint on the inside. After you've used it wipe the condensation on the inside as over time it affects the enamel paint

Easy to use
I love this microwave, it's a basic model, perfect for what I want, and so easy to use.

Serious safety concern after 10 months
Purchased the cream oven in April 2025. Loved it and it worked perfectly until today (10 months old), when I was heating soup in a plastic microwave container. As soon as I pressed the start button, the led lights on the timer dial started fading and blinking, then the machine started rumbling very loudly and there was a big flash and a bang. This all happened within 10 seconds of starting. I quickly hit the stop button and switched off at the socket. When I opened the door, there was an electrical burning smell. After an hour, I very gingerly tried to test it with a plastic container of water for 20 seconds. After 5 seconds, the loud rumble started again and I hit stop. Again there was a strong burning smell when I opened the door. I was very scared of a potential fire or electrical shock, so unplugged the oven and contacted Customer Services who asked me to return the oven for a rep placement or refund. Came here to write a review to alert others and was surprised to see another customer had made a very recent similar report. Am concerned that these ovens may have a serious manufacturing fault.
