Perfect dipping spices.
Just so easy and delicious. Grind this bread seasoning in a dish and add olive oil. So simple and delicious. The grinder aids with longevity. Just about the most perfect blend of spices. I add this to salads and roasting veggies.

Please don’t EVER discontinue this spice!!! The grinder is easy to use and just enough comes out with each turn. The quality is top notch, perfect blend of salt, smells amazing, and the flavor is delicious, too.

ALWAYS very happy with Alessi products. Had been purchasing at my grocery store, but they stopped carrying it. I use it in multiple recipes to add a little kick... soups, stews, chicken salad, bruschetta. MY GO TO SPICE. It's got a delicious flavor, a little pepper and some salt... definitely a value for the money because it gets used in just about everything we cook! Love the Alessi grinder too, easy to use seasoning which is fresh and smells great!

So Delicious!
These dipping spices are delicious! We sprinkle them in olive oil for dipping bread at dinner. We've also used them in homemade salad dressing, pasta sauces, and marinades for chicken. This spice blend tastes just like what is served with bread and olive oil at Carrabba's Italian Grill! When our family is starting to run low, we always order more because we don't want to go without these dipping spices! We've been eating them for several years now and the quality is always great.

Delicious
Would have given 5 stars for the taste. I subtracted a star because once you take off the plastic seal to use it, there is no lid to cover the opening of the grater. If spices can come out, then air and bugs can get it. Great spice mixture, but needs a better bottle design.
