Edited to add:Having spoken to VNOX they have sorted out the issues that we had we no issues-great customer services.The pink strap was no where near small enough for my daughters wrist. And the lose bit of the strap kept coming out of the little retaining bit and annoying her so she wouldn’t keep it on. We ended up taking the metal bit off and putting it on another bracelet and throwing the pink bit away.In the description it said about having the illnesses/allergies written so one was bigger and the other smaller so I requested to have her main diagnosis bigger. But when it came they were both the same size and her main diagnosis isn’t as obvious.

The only problem is the writing is not as big as I would like it, so it's difficult to read what message is on it. Very disappointed have to get another one with bigger font. Its comfortable value would be good if the font size was bigger.

I got this item to give me a level of reassurance that if anything was to happen to me. That the medics & doctors would know what condition I have, if for any reason I was unable to communicate with them. All on all I am happy with it and would recommend that for the price point it is well worth it. On a side note, like another reviewer on here my engraving was also missing a letter. I know it wasn’t my mistake as if I order anything that has engraving, I always take a screenshot to know that it definitely isn’t my mistake. I have got in touch with them and like the other reviewer on here I will wait for response but they didn’t get one so I don’t suppose I will either. I would still recommend people to get this but be prepared for the engraving to be wrong.

Customised this for my partner who never wears any kind of jewelry but he loves this. It doesnt look cheap and tacky like some, it's very sturdy and easily adjustable. He loves it and so do I. I feel safer knowing he has one of these just in case anything happens and the ICE info has my contact details so great all 'round.

I chose this mainly because of the colour which is an electric blue.I have 2 lines of text and the writing is a little small but clear so probably try and use capitals if you can.I have already managed to scratch the metal band, but I put that down to being a bit clumsy and not taking it off at all.Lastly the strap clasp is a bit fiddly but overall this is a good bracelet.

Very comfortable to wear. But the writing is very small on it hard to read.
