Due to its strength, not much is needed to enhance or create amazing cocktail drinks. On it's own and because of it's unique flavor we refer to our "pickle back" instead as a Shmakee Back that goes great in chasing tequila, vodka and of course whisky. Our brine is hand crafted with quality all natural ingredients and brewed over time to create an unbeatable healthy and natural way to make delicious mixed cocktails such as a Bloody Mary, Michelada or Dirty Martini. This is actual brine used to make pickles. Therefore, it's not necessarily meant to "taste like" pickles as it's the pure brine.

Super yummy
Was looking up drink mixers and came across this somehow. Read the label and was enticed by the Shmakeetini recipe, so I had to try it out..... and it was excellent! Can't wait to try out the other drink recipes on there.PS: to the one-star rating on here, it's not supposed to taste like pickles or traditional pickle brine, that's what makes it special. Read the label!

Love it!
Soooo delicious! I've bought several bottles of this. Every time I buy it I tell myself "just one more bottle"... LolBecause of the price. But it's so good I keep coming back. I actually just got the last bottle and now it's unavailable.Hopefully it gets restocked..It's pretty hard core, like drinking straight apple cider vinegar that's spiced, but I like it. I use it as a chaser for vodka shots, in my bloody mary's and in my favorite mecheladas.Yum!

LOVE the Spicy Twist of SHMAKEE PICKLE BRINE!
I've always liked pickles but I never dreamed of making a cocktail using the pickle brine - this is INSPIRED. It adds spicy, tangy flavor as well as a touch of "heat". Plus, it's completely natural, made with raw apple cider vinegar - it even has ginger, habanero peppers, garlic, and horseradish! I had a Shmakee Bloody Mary the first time I heard of it and it was amazing! Recipes to try are on the label but it's fun to experiment. I recommend SHMAKEE BRAND PICKLE BRINE to any adventurous cook or mixologist!

Delish picklejuice
There’s nothing like this anywhere! Spicy and delicious:) Favorite way is to mix with beer. We will be serving up Bloody Mary’s for sure with this Shmakee juice. We have tried the pickles, eggs and green tomatoes from shmakee and when we heard they were selling the juice thru Amazon, well we couldn’t wait! The only worry is Amazon needs to package this more carefully

As a bar chaser, eh... didn't work for me without help
I used this only as a bar chaser, so please take note. It is spicy which is nice, but it didn't give me the sense of "pickle" at all. I had to doctor this with a lot of dill juice from another manufacturer to make what I thought was the perfect pickle brine chaser. THEN it was absolutely awesome.

How about for making cole slaw?
Copying a recipe from Sun Basket I ordered the brine to add to shredded cabbage along with celery seed, thinly sliced and quartered red onion and pineapple pieces. Only takes a tad of the liquid. A big hit and good for a party when you don't want to leave mayo products out too long.

One of my Favorite Mixers!
I was looking for pickle brine that I could use as a pickleback and came across this pickle juice. Having a spicy pickleback shot was unbearably intriguing and decided to try it out. Not only is it an amazing shot, but it is an amazing mixer as well! The Bloody Mary recipe is to die for, and makes a great and deliciously unique martini. I'm excited to experiment with it to see what else it can make. Highly recommended!

Just Pour Yourself a Glass of Apple Cider Vinegar
As the headline reads, pour yourself a glass of apple cider vinegar and save your money. Doesn't taste like pickle brine at all!
