These cheese presses are fairly small. About 5.5 inches diameter by 3 inches tall. They are surprsingly sturdy. The cheese cloth that comes with them is decent quality but there are better options. While these are decent quality, I dont recommend them because the follower is much smaller than the opening of the mold. There is about a 1/4 inch gap between the follower and the wall of the mold. The gap results in an unwanted lip on cheese surfaces. My other issue is that these are advertised as holding 1.5 liters of curd when the molds can take about half of that. These molds would be nice for small cheeses that dont need pressing. And more firm cheese would benefit from a better mold.

Only around 4 inch high so if I was to use them the final cheese would have to be flat .. I bought as cheap.. that's why, can only use the follower
