Great coverage
I have a 10 lbs maltipoo. Great coverage. Even if she poops, it's not messy. I had to buy more of this because the hole of the other brand is way too big. And the diaper doesn't come off even when it gets chewed.

OUT! Disposable Female Dog Diapers work great!
I have been using these diapers for my dogs for at least 9 months. I have used the xs/s size for 11-13 pound long and lean miniature poodles, a 13 pound short and stocky bichon, and an 11 pound yorkie mix. I have used them for multiple reasons, including incontinence in an older dog, a dog in heat and dogs that have accidents in the house. They hold a large amount of urine, and the dogs are always clean and dry even when the diaper has been soaked in urine. I have not seen any diaper rash/skin irritation on the dogs even when the diapers are worn daily. The diapers have a cute little bone design on them. My only complaint would be that the diapers are not easily reused. Sometimes when I take the diaper off to let the dog outside, the diaper is not wet, but the tabs do not stick well after the diaper has been removed. Considering these are disposable, this is not enough of a problem for me to give them less that 5 stars. I will continue to use OUT! diapers whenever our dogs need them!

Didn’t fit.
Even though I measured my dog, the diaper was too small for her, mainly from her tail to the middle of her tummy. get fit around the waist OK, but because it was too short on her, it just fell right off. Also, I don’t like that you can’t adjust the straps that tighten around her tummy. They have sticky tape, and once it’s stuck, and you try to adjust it, it tears the plastic off instead of just coming un-stuck. I’ll need to figure out a different solution.

Diaper harness solved the issue for me
My 17 ½ yr old dachschund was no longer asking to go outside to potty. She isn’t incontinent per se, she has just forgotten her manners. I tried gating and covering my kitchen and back porch with potty pads, but this wasn’t a good solution since she would then walk around stepping in things, and I’d have to replace most of the pads - an expensive solution that went on for quite a while. Fed up, I tried diapers. The ones from the big box pet store were very expensive and she could get them off about half the time. She could get these cheaper ones off even more easily. In desperation I searched the internet, and found a blog comment by a person who had developed a diaper harness solution. Voila! I went and bought a step-in harness, suspender hooks, and some elastic ribbon and recreated the harness as I imagined was correct. In the daytime I use these diapers, which are about half as costly as the pet store version. I use the XS - S size, and they work great with the harness. It is important to get a good “catch” with suspender hooks each time, or the the hooks will slip loose, but otherwise I'm pleased with the solution. Caveats: 1) I take my dog out several times a day, so I can reuse the diapers if they are not soiled. 2) She is able to poop out the back (seldom, actually), which isn’t a problem on my wood floors because the pellets are easily picked up and the floor wiped. 3) For night use, since these are fairly thin, I was still using the expensive diapers, albeit with the harness. ( I also have her bed and blanket in a gated downstairs shower stall, just in case.) But I wanted to reduce my costs further, so I began experimenting with baby diapers. I’ve settled on size two RIte Aid Tugaboos, which are about the same thickness as the costly pet store brand. I cut a diamond shaped hole in the diaper for her tail. These fit in such a way that the poop stays in the diaper (though she usually won’t poop at night, in bed). These diapers are a tiny fraction of the cost of pet store diapers. All in all, after the hundreds of dollars I was spending for a few months on potty pads, diapers, paper towels, etc., I am now able to manage this problem frugally. I didn’t give these diapers 5 stars because I wish they were a little thicker. I’m posting a pic of my dog in the harness in case someone wants to give the harness a try. Good luck!

Will not get again
The hole for the tail is way too large. If your dog has a bowel movement, it will come out the hole. We have to modify the hole on each one in order for that not to happen. Then, the area that can catch urine does not go all the way to where a male dog's penis would be, while the diaper itself does. So, we have to use both the male wrap and this diaper to get full coverage. The diaper sometimes clearly has urine in it, yet the urine indicator on the diaper will not say it is dirty. The tabs cannot be used over and over again, so these would work better if you plan on never letting your dog out and have him always go in the diapers. However, we just use them as protection in the house for our elderly dog that sometimes has accidents - we really would prefer him to go out. However, we then have to use packing tape to get the diaper back on when he comes back in the house.

A Lifesaver for Training and Everyday Use!
These diapers have made training less stressful and given me real peace of mind when we’re indoors or traveling. If you need a reliable, comfortable, and easy-to-use option for your female dog, these are fantastic.

Great diaper for recovering or incontinence
These are the best disposable diapers I've found. I foster a little girl that had her spine, pelvis, and hip broken and was just dumped on the side of the road and left for who knows how long. Because of all this, she's really thin, underdeveloped, and underweight in the rear.. These having the elastic in the leg holes along with the elastic in the waste band are what help them work so dang well! My only gripe is that the tail hole. Being that she because she was so busted up in her back end, her tail only hangs which allows the tail hole to droop (and is overly large to begin with for even the small diapers in this brand which I bought mistakenly first) which allows poop to escape through the tail hole. The pee strip feature makes it easy to know when she has filled the diaper and with urine and to change it to prevent urine scalding and more pain and infection to this little girl who's already been though enough. I've tried 4 different brands of diapers and these are far and away the best

Mi perra es una abuela podenca de 16 kg. Este pañal se dapta muy bien, sin soltarse y agunta sus escapes perfectamente. Su dibujo hace que no sea tan soso como los otros.

These worked really well. My dog had a bad reaction to her rabies vaccine and was paralyzed (she has since regained movement thank god!) she was unable to control her bladder and bowel movements due to this so we had to resort to diapers. I purchased two different brands and sizes at the pet store and neither fit her properly (she is a 20 lb jack russell x pug mix so she is a little stockier and filled out) the mediums were way too big and the smalls were way too small. These diapers that are listed fit perfectly and stayed on way better than the pet store ones ( I got a medium for my dog)! They didn't leak at all when she peed. the only downside (which I noticed with all of the other diapers too) is that there is a hole for her tail which is also where her bum is, so the diapers didn't catch her bowel movements, only pee. Would definitely recommend this brand if you are in need of doggy diapers!

Appeared to be an excellent product, but could not get on the dog.....
