Pros- i stopped shaking my legs while sitting or lying down completely within a week . It was such a painful and distracting phase for me and im goad it helped 2. Sleep peacefully 3. Improved mood(along with others) Note- drink lots of water. If you don’t have above problems don’t take it and just take revital or something like that. I had genuine deficiency so i had to. Cons- it needs to be taken down before bedtime. Now i have my dinner around 6-7 pm and take this med around 10 and this gives me dark diarrhoea with stomach pain around 4-5 am. To avoid this i took it with my dinner at 8 pm and I struggled to stay awake around 9:30. I have still not figured it out how to manage this. Edit: after a week i finally can tolerate it. So taking my dinner usually at 5-6 pm. And taking 1 of the tablet when i am ready to sleep. Half an hr before bedtime. And im good to go. I would suggest to take it with 1-2 biscuits or 1 slice of bread. Or 1 cookies if you don’t mind carb intake . P.s- i take it alternate day. I am also taking “ tyrosine and tryptophan for my anxiety. Also vit d bec of my vit d deficiency. And iron for my anemia and blood regulations. Except for vit d…everything is on alternate days. Nothing gave me any side effects except this. I might open capsule and take half at a time or switch to magnesium glycinate which doesn’t irritate gut. Edit: I didn’t switch and im all set. It just needs 1-2 weeks to adjust. During the adjustment phase take it with food 1 hrs before bedtime.

Fine. Gave me diarrhoea. I have started taking half capsule and now it's better. Sleep not impacted much. Regular motions with this.

M taking this for around 40 days but it doesn't seem to be useful

Took a chance with this brand and glad to know that supplement product has not only helped with recurring head aches but also has improved on sleeping continuously. This Magnesium supplement has given back the ability to help sing high notes without that excruciating headaches that comes from trying to reach the high notes. I won't waste your time telling you all about Magnesium, as you can and probably have gotten that information already. This particular product by NOW is one of the best I've found out there and very well priced in the market.
