First off, I had my gallbladder out years ago and have a lot of stomach issues after my surgery. NEVER have your gallbladder removed! This product has been a game changer for me. When I eat foods that might give me a problem, I take another pill after my meal. I have only been on this for about a few weeks now and it's a massive difference. We buy this product on subscription because it's one of the few things that works for my daughter. She had to have her gall bladder removed and she also has to be careful of what she eats.
