Nature Made Time Release B-100 is a fantastic supplement! I've noticed a real improvement in my energy levels and mental clarity since I started taking it. As a T2D patient using a CGM, I have to avoid large amounts of vitamin C. Vitamin C throws off the CGM numbers. Anywho, I searched far and wide locally and coukd not find a B-Complex vitamin without C. Behold! This fine Nature Made vitamin (brand I love) had what I needed.
