These are my favorite scone mix, very easy to make with just adding water and tastes very close to real english scones and aren't dry like some scones you find even at bakeries.

We bought these scones on two occasions I was so impressed the first time I ordered them a second time. Unfortunately two of the packages which we cooked last were rancid and I threw out the last package. I was cooking these the same month as the use by date in other words they were at the end of their Best buy date. We keep these in our pantry and it is summer so maybe they got warm but if you're going to order these I'd use them sooner rather than later. So 9 out of 12 packages were good to excellent the last three were turning bad or at least two out of three I gave up on the last one. I'm suspicious maybe they weren't kept in an ideal warehouse because they should last at least until they use by date.

I love these scones and this mix is super easy because you do not even have to have eggs! I used to keep these in the cupboard when I had kids in the house because it was an easy thing to prepare for those times when they had overnight guests. Now, I keep them for myself! Delicious. Highly recommend. They are on the pricey side so I usually try to watch for sales.
