BEST JAPANESE RICE
Best Japanese rice, but remember that you must soak Japanese rice for 30 minutes prior to cooking.

Great Sushi Rice
I love this rice. I had bought some sushi rice at my local grocery store but, this is so much better. It cooks very well and is easy to use when making sushi. It gets just sticky enough to spread on the nori without being so sticky that it is hard to spread.

I'll look for better
There are lots of pieces of damaged, moldy rice in the product so when I wash this in preparation, I spend more time than I'd like picking out the bad pieces. They just crumble in your hand so you know the rice has been eaten away to the point that it has lost structure. I bought a multi pack and so far 3 of the boxes have been like this. That's what mold does. Lots of broken pieces as well. The nice thing is that the rice comes sealed in a heavy duty plastic bag. I'll look for better quality in bulk as I have found better quality at the local grocery store so I know that it exists. This is comparable to the low quality regular rice at the grocery store for the amount of damaged and broken pieces.

Great product
I cook this rice in a small pressure cooker and it comes out perfect. Inside the boxes, rice is packed in ziploc bags so that it stays fresh and you do not have to worry about moisture damage. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead 5 is because one of the plastic bags was ripped when I opened the box.

Perfection
This rice is perfect everytime ,cooked on the stove or in a rice cooker ... best when soaked for 30 minutes, drain in strainer, then cook

Works great for me.
This makes good sushi. I find that I must be careful with any sushi rice that I purchase--if I put too much water in my cooker, it will be insanely sticky. As long as I cook it right, this works great!
