We bought two coffee tables from this company years ago and decided to check again when we needed some inexpensive end tables. Furniture is so expensive right now, and you often can't get what's displayed in stores for several months. These delivered promptly and were easy to assemble. We stained and sealed these, and they look fantastic. I like the bottom shelf because I can store my planner and other supplies that I regularly use there without having a pile on the floor. They are a little taller than I expected (they come right up to the top of the arm of the couch), but I just didn't read the measurements carefully. We are very happy with them and will buy from this store again.

I love the size of these tables (I bought 2 of them). My only problem is that they ARE stainable, however if you don't sand them very well ahead of time they don't stain nicely. I learned the hard way. Now I have to strip them and start over. My other complaint is that I bought 2 and they both came on separate days.

I painted and use as a side table.

I've bought a few of these since the narrowness allows me to fit them in places where I couldn't fit a wider table. Mine have come in perfect condition and took espresso finish beautifully. I was surprised the description says the distance from the floor to the shelf is 4.7". Not true. Actually, the distance from the floor to the shelf is up to you since the legs are straight and there are no holes drilled in the legs for the shelf; you can screw in the brackets where you want to fit the shelf. The shelf on each of mine are placed 11" above the floor.

Great table, easy to assemble, hard wood. Take your time to stain and it will turn out great, it will take multiple layers of stain.

This is a nice, sturdy table.

And thank you to the lovely lady who chose to return the assembly to amazon, in near perfect condition. Grateful for you guys and for the trees that made the sacrifice— all for the pleasure of one man and those who accompany him. Oh and for the manufacturer’s that have the taste and work ethics as ‘International Concepts’
