This supplier is great. It’s only the product that was poor.
This grill was great while it lasted, unfortunately it didn’t last more than 2 months before the top plate stopped working. I contacted the vendor, who issued me a refund immeadiately, cannot fault them for that. Will use again, customer service is top rate.

It’s horrible to clean
It works fine, but to clean it is horrible. the platforms do not come out, so it makes cleaning difficult. the type of platform material such as iron is not easy to clean after use. it can not even get wet because it gets rusty.
