This is not authentic kala namak which we used to eat in our childhood…

This is the second time we purchased the 5 kg pack of the rice. The second one was purchased in Mid October 2025 and we started using it soon after. Now it's first week of November and the rice is already overflowing with worms. It was there from beginning now it's multiple. We strore the rice under extremely hygienic and dry condition in airtight container, even then the infestation persists. My question is if the packing and distribution system does not understand the infestation levels can their claim of low glycemic index be belived totally? At least I do not have any clinical corroboration.
