I am a big fan of fiber optic front sights on a handgun. These were not too difficult to install. I had to stone the rear sight down to gain an acceptable fit in the slide dovetail. Pretty typical process for installing sights in a dovetail cut on a slide. About 40 minutes of careful stoning and test fitting was required. The front sight slid right in with no fitting needed. The sights appear to be well made and give a great sight picture. With proper holstering, it should be fine. Many folks use iron sights for carry but many also use FO. I was surprised to find that the front sight is the brightest and crispest I have ever seen (and I have a lot of different ones on my guns, including Dawson, trijicon hd, Zev etc). They used simple but effective method to enhance the brightness. This is great for competitive shooting: target acquisition is faster! Rear sight is good too.
