TracFone LG Lucky No Contract Phone - Retail Packaging - Black

Received the phone with no complaints until i attempted to transfer my old phone # and minutes (lost my old trac-fone) However, no luck. Called trac-fone who told me that the phone was not activated when it was sold to me. Need to contact AMAZON. Which i did , and whoever it is that i dealt with was really out to lunch. He seemed to not be able to even read english. Kept saying the same things over again. After he told me to look it up online! I just about had it and almost hung up but this would get me no where so i hung in there for just a few minutes more. Now i am speaking to someone at trac fone, again. Can barely understand her either and she told me that i need to return the phone back to amazon to be activated. I guess sometimes there are some jobs that just should not be out sourced and this is one of them AMAZON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally got a return label and i will NOT be replacing it.

I received my phone and had a friend help me activate it as I am not very knowledgeable and this is my first smart phone. If you are not familiar with TracFone, it is a no contract phone and you buy cards for minutes. I bought a card of 60 minutes for $20.00 and with this phone, you get triple minutes, so I got 180 minutes. And also received 180 text messages and 180 GB of data. It is not as large as some of the new smart phones, but it is good for beginners such as I. It is user friendly and a good beginner phone. I will probably order a larger phone, once I learn a little bit more about this one. Not only is it easy to use, the price makes it easy on the pocketbook.

Super tiny phone with all of the convenience of a full size.

Item is as described and shipped fast. Used it now for 6 months and seems to be slow a lot, almost to the point of "hanging up" sometimes, but otherwise am satisfied.

It is the only phone that works at my house!
