I highly recommend going to your Dr. and having your levels tested before you take this. Normal levels are 240 - 280 and mine were 88. I am fifty years old and for 15 years I have struggled with what the doctors were saying was probably Adrenal fatigue or how they wanted to label Depression (with no real diagnosis or reason except they could not figure out why I was so fatigued). I would get UTI's or Yeast infections every other month, catch any flu or cold going around and just always felt blah. I pleaded with my last Dr to test me for cancer because I just felt something was not right in my body but I could not pinpoint it. I was dismissed as a little crazy. I have also suffered from severe inflammation but nothing seemed to ever work. I have suffered with Migraines for a decade. Ten days after using this, I woke up feeling amazing. Now 8 months later my levels are up to 130 and I still have more energy than I have had in decades. I have had only one migraine and my inflammation has decreased immensely and I can move around, bend and play with my granddaughters. This is for overall Glandular health.
