Excellent books for my 7 year old boy, he loves the humour in them and the illustrations. Great books for self reading.

Both of my 9 year olds, boy and girl, have sprinted through these books... absolutely loved them. Time to get the next in the series!

My 6 year old daughter absolutely loves these books. Such a great way to get her reading, full of pictures. She really struggles to concentrate on reading and listening to books, but these have introduced a new passion for reading. I’m reading them to her first so she can start to read them independently. 100% recommend for any 6yr old and up

This is a fantastic set of graphic/illustrated novels. Fun with plenty of wit, jokes and adventures to suit children of all ages, and the plentiful illustrations mean that even slower readers can feel they are zipping through and making great progress. Particularly good for 'reluctant readers' - children between 8-11 who haven't developed a love of reading and need something accessible, but not babyish. My 7 year old absolutely loves them and they were the first books he couldn't put down.

Good value for money bundle. I find these books are perfect for reluctant readers. They are funny, quirky stories and has plenty of illustrations. My boy is a big fan and keep laughing while reading them. They are not scary at all just a bit crazy.

Bought these for my 9 year old and he absolutely loved the stories, quite often laughing out loud at the content. He has recently finished the sixth book in the series and is eagerly awaiting the 7th!
