Best Coat I've ever owned
This is the best work coat I've ever owned. I've had hypothermia 5 times in my life so I don't handle cold well. Working in West Texas and SE New Mexico it can get down to 20 to 30 degrees with nothing to block the wind. This coat actually keeps me warm and blocks that wind better than any carhart I've had, and allows more free movement that the other brands as its not bulky. It does run a size bigger, I wear XXL and ordered the Xl which is still roomy enough to add a sweatshirt underneath if I need it, which I haven't needed yet. Well worth every penny.

Perfect Winter Coat
For anyone that has to work outside, this is literally the perfect winter coat. The water proof factor is perfect for staying dry. Honestly the coat itself is to warm and I find myself unzipping it a lot to keep from over heating. It does run a little large.

I love this coat
This coat is awesome! Realistically, it should last me a lifetime. It's tear resistant. It's wind proof. It's cold weather rated. And it's water resistant. My experience:It's will keep you warm during winter weather (25 degrees and below). It is definitely wind proof. I've worked in 10 degree weather with frigid winds and the wind absolutely does not cut through. So that's probably the main reason it's so warm other than it's insulated too. Waterproof? I don't know if I believe that. I haven't worn it in the rain yet but I think if your out in a down pour, your going to get wet. If it's just sprinkling? Then you might be okay but eventually will soak through. Maybe if you sprayed it with a waterproof spray but I don't know. Like I said, I haven't experienced that part yet with this coat on. I work as a welding and piping inspector at refineries and power plants. So I'm monkeying around in pipe racks and such. I do rip a lot of clothes on things when in tight areas but this coat doesn't seem to get snagged on anything. So believe it is tear resistant. I'm sure if you deliberately tried to rip, tear or cut it you could.I'm not a huge fan of the reflectors but it doesn't look bad. I've actually gotten a lot of compliments on it. It very comfortable. Im 6'3" and about 215 lbs. I ordered an XL. It fits me very well. One thing that drives me nuts is that for some bonehead reason the zipper is on the opposite side. It may not seem like a big deal but it is. You would be amazed at how awkward it is to zip up a coat with your left hand. It's like throwing something with your left if your right handed. If you have to wear FR clothing then this coat will meet your needs.

Great buy
I personally really like this jacket, I like the hood comes off, and I like the Velcro on the wrist get really tight so I can still use my gloves. Wearing it for a long while gets really warm even in the 40s like it has been at my house. Moves easy and very flexible, and can just Velcro the front and still drive quickly pulling jacket open. It’s just very versatile, only thing you gotta get use to is the zipper on the wrong side, other than that the jacket is worth every penny!
