Used it once . Unless the correct recipe is discovered it is difficult to use it .

Not cassava flour
This is tapioca starch, not cassava flour. There is BIG difference. The labeling and marketing is incorrect. The brand doesn’t know the difference, apparently. This is absolutely not used for baking. If you need a starch, this is fine, but don’t buy it if you need actual cassava flour.

Very good quality..tried cassava pudding and observed the original taste of cassava. Pudding makes full for longer time so it's an added benefit 👍

Damn good
Woukd have purchased easily 5-6 packs of this. Extremely good alternative for gluten free cooking. I also use it to get fluffy banana pancakes.

Good good for fasting
Very Good for Upavaas. For fasting this is a nice Substitute. But don't think you can make Rotis out of this. That's not the case! You need to learn to Make a recipe out of it. Even dosas won't work but I did figure out one recipe for myself. For biscuits And Halwa making this is just awesome even for health drink it's worth it.
