Great for daily use.
I've been using this for years and it works great. Cleans your hair, smells fresh and doesn't leave any residue. Just don't have the water in the shower to hot, it is not good for your hair.

If you oil your hair and cant get the oil out after
Some wise people oil their hair and scalp every week or few for hair and scalp health and to help to clean the scalp. These are some of the most popular oils, olive oil, castor oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil but after all of this oil has gone into the scalp and hair, one may need a different shampoo to get it all out. This one says for GREASY hair so try it!

Smells nice but really a garbage product. Had to use too much that it only lasted 5 washes. Gave 2 stars because of smell. Otherwise it's 2 thumbs down. Conditioner is worse.
