Honestly, if youre looking at these and considering spending this amount of money, dont bother. Absolute shambles of a product. They do not sit in your ear well at all, no matter what rubber piece you put on them. Turn the volume up and the sound gets distorted to a painful level. They lose synchronisation constantly. I now have two single ear piece headphones with poor quality sound. If you dont have your music source (phone etc) withing 2 yards of the headphones then the connectivity gets lost and breaks up. The pair do not sync no matter how many times you reset them. Try contacting the seller for help.... more chance of getting s*** from a wooden horse. Seriously, look elsewhere. For the amount they want to charge for this item, you can get much better quality headphones / ear pods. I have since bought a new pair and wrote these off as a lesson learnt after giving the seller the chance to rectify the issue. AVOID

Wicked little set of headphones and the box is awesome too, magnetic so that the earphones stay in, the lid , magnetic too but still has a right way around, connected with my S7 easily and the voice was clear, perhaps could delay a moment before she says connected incase you didn't already put 1 in, the button on the side syncs it and could do with being a bit smaller for when your listening to music but would be helpful if using it as a hands free reciving calls, commands in the instructions showed me how to dial back last number, the sound quality overall was pretty good, could have done with a spot more bass, earphones let you know clearly when the battery life is getting low, so long as the box is charged you can charge them in your pocket on the go, awesome!

They don’t work properly. One of them simply disconnect while reproducing songs from my mobile phone and after that you couldn’t pair again (turn off both and turn on again in the same time). I had to return them, but maybe were just mine that were damaged.

I got these earphones and the first time is not worked. I tried many times to fix, but nothing, after I wrote an e-mail for the company and they were send me this describtion (now is working) : The factory made the earphones without matching the left and right ears. So when you use it for the first time, you need to match the left and right ears first. If only one earphone is used for the first time, it will not match in the future. The solution is as follows: 1. Delete the Bluetooth information in the phone 2. Press and hold the buttons on the left and right ears for about 20 seconds until you hear the prompt. This step is to restore the factory settings. 3. Put the headset into the box, this is the shutdown step 4. Take out the headphones at the same time, wait for about 5 seconds, the left and right ears will automatically match 5. Link mobile phone Bluetooth, normal use

Faster connection, larger distance and longer battery life than my HG12 pair.

Only used a couple of times then stopped working as a pair and can't get them to pair together again. Avoid.

I can not rate these high enough the quality is very good. The battery is fantastic. I love the little box they come in. I can not fault these one bit. My husband has no chance of getting these .

Doesn't matter about the other good features when the right unit keeps losing connection. Customer service non existent
