Useful, easy to use and install, clean and clear to read. Can blow away in a high wind so a stone inside helps to stabilise it. A bit fragile and can break if bashed, but cheap enough to replace. A good present for a man, and good if you like keeping track of how much rain is falling.

Easy to see how much rain have had

Does a good job effectively. Simple to use, simple to read. Downside is they don't survive in severe winter weather very well. I have had several of these over the years and are value for money.
