Super supplement for those suffering from gout.

This help so much with gout and night muscle cramps. I am constantly looking for something to help me with a night muscle cramps I was not expecting this to help with those just the gout In the just almost restless leg like symptoms in my ' but these have helped with everything it's such a relief It is certainly worth it try to see if it works for you

I use this product every day and order it whenever my stock is nearly empty.

Besides using a prescribed Colchicine drug, this time I decided to try this Black Cherry Extract I have read about for Gout attacks. Besides taking this extract, I avoided eating any red meat and shellfish, avoided drinking any alcohol, and drank one glass of cherry juice for breakfast as shown and then water for the rest of the day. The first picture of my ugly feet shows my left foot with a full-blown Gout on Day 1, just before I started taking the Black Cherry Extract. It took about 4 days for it to become full-blown. I allowed the Gout to become full-blown on Day 1 so I could measure the true effectiveness of the extract (and wait for Amazon to ship it). Notice the swelling of my whole foot and the redness of the toe. I followed the instructions on the extract label for the first 4 days (2 capsules per day, 1 capsule at breakfast and 1 capsule at dinner) to watch and feel any results and to see if there were any side effects. Unfortunately, by Day 4 I really couldn’t tell any improvement, but there were no side effects whatsoever. So, on Day 5 thru Day 7, I increased the intake to 1 capsule for breakfast, 2 capsules for lunch, and 1 capsule for dinner (doubling the dosage). On Day 7, the swelling has gone down and the pain has greatly diminished where I could wiggle my toe, move my foot, and actually put most of my weight onto my foot and walk almost normal again. Again, no side effects whatsoever. On Day 8, I felt good enough to go out and mow my yard using a self-propelled mower that took me an hour and a half to finish, my foot was still a little sore but no problem. By Day 9 as the last picture shows, it is almost all cleared up with still some soreness and no side effects, but now I can focus on regaining my leg strength from the ordeal of pain and atrophy. With this in mind, I have concluded this extract works, but the instructions for 2 capsules a day are most likely a routine of caution and prevention by the manufacturer. I believe when a Gout attack has occurred (and before it becomes full blown like I allowed it to be), one needs to be much more aggressive in the intake amount of this extract where I’m sure it would fully arrest it in much less than 9 days. The next time I sense getting a Gout attack I will try 2 capsules 3 times a day as an aggressive routine to knock it out much quicker than what I just did…. if that works even better, then I hope this company keeps this extract in stock because it’s better than drugs!! By the way, I’m not a doctor, I’m a retired Electrical Engineer that loves to experiment, and I want positive results.
