The carabinas are Ok but feel a bit delicate for the amount of force required to get a good stretch out of these. I think maybe I need a set with increasing strengths to build up to these. Review: Good, but not as versatile as I'd hoped - The main problem with these bands is that they don't stretch a particularly long way, so there's only a small selection of exercises that they're useful for. In my case, I attached them to a vibration plate. They aren't long enough for basic bicep curls. Maybe if you're under 5'4" you might be able to do bicep curls with them, but they wouldn't stretch enough for me. I could do shoulder raises if I didn't want to go all of the way to horizontal, and I'm only about 5'7" tall. The quality isn't bad, and the handles are relatively comfortable.
