in my scheme of things, it can be done away with. I did not find it convincing. Wrongly bought.

One good manual solder sucker pump
This is one of the good de soldering pumps. I am telling this after using many such in my 25 years experience. (My first soldron 25W solder purchased in 1991 is still working after 7 tips used up). Main weak points in such desolder pumps are spring putting force on nozzle piece & joint of upper and lower part. These two problems are not present in this Soldron Pump.This is single piece & no joint, and internal spring does not exert any pressure on nozzle part. Hence its plastic threads will not wear out. This will last longer. Suction power is good.(Only problem was, metal burr was present in thumb operating area of pump which I cleaned with sharp knife. Edges were sharp enough to cut my skin. See the picture. That's why 1 star less from 5 star.)Still this remains high quality desoldering pump. Highly recommended...Edited(post 2 weeks): After my initial review, Soldron Official contacted me & offered me a brand new pump. I felt guilty of stripping 1 star from this Indian brand. Made it 5 star.

Good Product
We were tired of using plastic body desolder pumps, whose life was only 1 month. These metal body pumps last us a good 4 months and more. Pump quality is also good. Happy with purchase. Will definitely re-order.

Worst product from solderon brand and poor customer service
It's get stop working /damage with in a week ..and contact the seller very poor response from there....still the issue is not sort out....I strongly recommend not go it...
