Review: Easy setup in Tasmota32 - Simple four wire hookup with I2C. Also supports SPI. In Tasmota you just need to set the SCL and the SDA GPIOs and Tasmota does the rest. Temperature ±0.5°C Humidity ±2% accuracy Dew point Pressure ±1hPa VCC 3.3V
Review: Complex to read value so using library is best. Humidity was stuck at 0x8000. - I got this temperature/humidity/pressure module to log fine data about room conditions. I was able to interface fairly easily with I²C. It's fairly complex to read without a library since compensation data must be incorporated to actually get a meaningful reading. Included header was good for testing with common Dupont cables. It ran fine at 3.3V. Board looks good, with clean solder joints and no loose bits, no shorts on pins. Came in sealed anti-static bag. There is plenty of online documentation and libraries for chip. Humidity was always stuck at 0x8000 (temperature and pressure varied constantly as expected), and I verified this is the BME variant via 0xD0 ID register reading 0x60 (BMP variant doesn't support humidity). This was a big reason I got this, to have very precise humidity readings. I've read that this can require a temperature-controlled oven for a while to bake moisture out. I'm hoping it's just an error on my part, but it doesn't look like it.
