This is so easy to install into a door frame and yet creates such a strong grip that my 18 year old, 6ft 1” son is able to confidently use it for pull ups without it slipping. The padded edges not only create a strong grip but also ensure that no marks or damage are left on the door frame itself. I personally really like that it doesn’t need to be a permanent installation so can be moved when needed. Very strong bar, well made and a great design - would def recommend to others.
