Good build quality; nice design; accurate
I'm very pleased with this tire pressure gauge. It's well made, with good quality connectors, chuck, and tubing. The protective case around the gauge is helpful for keeping the bumps from harming the gauge. The dial is pretty easy to read, although it would have been nice if it were just a bit larger so my old eyes could see it better. It retains the reading until the bleed valve is pressed, which is a very helpful feature. I also like that the chuck and the connector to the gauge rotate, so it's easy to position it regardless of where the tire stem is. Accuracy appears to be spot on. It gives me the same reading (less than a pound variation) with my other gauges, which I know to be accurate. No complaints -- it's well made, works great, is easy to use and a good value for the price. Five stars.

Perfect if chuck was twist on and had bag--failed after a year--replaced by vendor in two days.
Upate: 12/26/2025 Still working after three years. My goto to check my tires. Depend upon it. This and my two Vair compressors--one car battery operated for on the road use and the other transformed to A/C via AC/DC adapter so I don't have to keep my engine running, and I am good to go. Update: 08/05/2022: Messaged the sender via Amazon about it stopping to work, sent a photo, and in two days, a new one was delivered to me. Nathan of Jaco had responded immediately and sent me another one. How's that for customer service. Back to 5 stars. Update: 8/3/2022 Bought this on 4/3/2021, today, at 8/3/2022, when I went to check my tires, the first tire read really high. Turned out the gauge is stuck at 9 PSI as starting point (instead of zero). I could not get it to reset back to zero in spite of repeatedly pressing the release. I just contacted the mfg/seller via Amazon, and will see what they do and report on it. Lowering it by one star accordingly. >>> Kept this after doing side-by-side comparison with another brand, touted as BlahBlah USA, that tries to hide that it was Made in China, by stating it was designed and engineered in USA and assembled in China. This is Made in China and stated so. It's not where it is made that matters but the quality of the product. This is graded up to 60 PSI and within my working range, making the increments easier to read on the 2 inch dial. The press on chuck is better than the other one, loses less air and easier to hold tight, but if it was screw-on, it would be so much better. My Viair portable compressor is screw-on and doesn't lose much air when screwing on/off. If it had a bag like the other brand, it would be perfect. Hope this is a lifetime product. Seems quality made, and the lifetime warranty is assuring--but any lifetime warranty is only good if the company stays in business. The other brand was good too, almost identical, but they misrepresented that it had a braided cord and all brass, when the cord was metal and shorter than depicted. The two varied by one (1) PSI across 4 tires. The Jaco was easier to press on and lost less air, as mentioned--that was the ultimate decision point. Now that I have this gauge, plus a Viair 85P portable compressor and a 180 Watt 15 Amp AC/DC converter with cigarette lighter receptacle, I can now check & pump my tires off of AC without running the engine. My car's cigarette lighter 12 volt outlet is limited to 10 Amp, so I need to connect my 15 Amp Viair compressor via battery clamps (I have a Viair 88P for that) or said AC adapter. This gauge completes my tire check/pump set up. I was using two 30 year-old pencil gauges for years. Then I got a digital press-on but did not trust its accuracy--plus it was difficult to press on without losing air. Now I will use this Jaco as the standard of measure.

Stop Looking, This Is The Gauge You Need
I had a $35 digital tire gauge that just died after a year and half. It’s annoying when you take care of your tools and they simply stop working... Anyway, I just received the JACO pressure gauge and checked my tire pressure and learned that my digital gauge was not as accurate as I initially thought. So much for spending $35 on a digital tire gauge... WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS GAUGE 1. It’s calibrated to ANSI B40.1 International Accuracy Standards (±2-3%), ensuring precise tire pressure readings. 2. This gauge only goes to 60 PSI, and because the max pressure is 60 PSI the gauge is that more accurate. NOTE: this goes hand in hand with the ANSI B40.1 certification. Yes, I actually looked up a company that calibrates commercial gauges and verified this information. If you need a gauge with higher pressure I learned that JACO has one. The import thing is to get a gauge that is certified and not way over max pressure spec because all gauge have sweet spot for accuracy. Anyway, the certification ensure accuracy to +/- percent which is important. 3. It has a bleeder valve and because of the location of the bleeder valve it’s easy to use. 4. After you take a pressure, the gauge keeps the needle in place so you can read it. 5. No batteries needed. 6. The dial is easy to read. 7. It’s well made; so well, I imagine it would hold up to daily commercial use. WHAT I DO NOT LIKE 1. No presta valve adapter. This is something that would be nice for taking bicycle pressure; then again if you have a good track pump it will have a good gauge... CONCLUSION I definitely recommend this tire gauge.

Easy fix for air leaks when using this product
I ordered 2 of these for our 2 vehicles, but upon arrival they both leaked significant air from the nozzle no matter how I tried to position the tire gauge onto the tire valve stem. The Jaco web page faq didn’t help, so I thought I would have to return them. Then I realized that the screw-on connection shown in the attached photo (where the pencil is pointing) had become a bit loose in both products, apparently during shipping. I snugged those down and now both gauges work much better. I still have to be careful to get the tire gauge on correctly, and the units disagree with each other by about 1 psi (that’s why 4 stars instead of 5), but otherwise they work. I like the analog gauges better than digital since I never have to worry about batteries.

The Best I've owned To Date!
The tire gauge arrived early, on Saturday, and Wisconsin smiled on us Sunday with a relative heat wave of 45 degrees (instead of a more seasonal 10*), so I did indeed give the new gauge a try. My method is to purposefully overinflate a cold tire by a few pounds, and then bleed off pressure till I arrive at the recommended PSI for my tire and vehicle. I checked all four tires on our new Chevy Impala, and the gauge worked perfectly. This is far and away the nicest tire gauge that I have owned, and among the best that I have used personally. I found the white on black dial extremely easy to read in the indirect lighting of our garage. In putting the instrument away, I finally noticed the luminous dial—nice touch! This handy feature is understated on Amazon. A quick blast from one of our crazy-bright flashlights and the dial will glow long enough to see to all four tires in the dark—well done! I like the little things, those little extra touches; that little bit extra that’s worth all the rest! So go ahead, surprise me! The build quality and fitment of all components seems first-rate, so I’m hoping this new JACO ElitePro Tire Pressure Gauge will prove robust enough to last me a lifetime. Should that prove untrue, I’ll update this review accordingly. To their credit, the OEM/Vendor promptly contacted me by email to see that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Their communiqué contained an invitation from the company’s founder to contact him personally with any questions or problems, as well as a PDF attachment to further explain the product. There’s even a video link to help any newbie to use and better understand the product. Impressive. The only thing missing is a decent-quality carrying case, as none was provided. Still, to meet this retail price-point, I can understand why a case was not included. I ended up reinforcing the box with shipping tape, and stored the gauge in its original packaging; this will prove adequate for as often as I’ll use the thing. I added the gauge to my emergency road kit, which is Velcro’d into place inside the Impala’s cavernous trunk. To summarize, based on what I know, and at this retail price point, I’m giving this tire gauge a full five stars, and yes, I would recommend it! RayB

Very Accurate
Sturdy and very accurate, I compared it to several other devices. Easy to use even in hard to reach areas. I like that the reading you take stays in place on the dial until you clear it for the next reading.

Avoid this company and it's products!!!
This is an absolute piece of junk, and the company does not respond to honor a product warranty. After using it only a few times the gauge is stuck on 8psi and doesn't read correct anymore. I ordered it because I had a gauge just like this for many years and was happy with it. Unfortunately they must have changed suppliers or their manufacturing materials/process, because now it is trash. I notified the company when it broke and asked them for help, unfortunately I never got a response. So not only are they selling junk now, they also do not have any form of customer service. I will never buy from this company again, and I would highly suggest anybody else avoiding them as well. Update: After I posted this review the company did contact me and gave me a full refund. So they are responsive when the right people read it.

Overall a very nice gauge at the proce point - I have no negative's about it
I have given my main faithful tire pressure gauge used for years to a grand daughter. One of several things I included when I gave her a Toyota Camry recently, her 1st car. Since then, the bug got me again and I have bought 5 more gauges to add to several already on hand & this JACO is one of them. I have several collected gauges and this gauge is good quality, better than the price suggest. Size, quality and construction is very nice all around. Dial size, needle & scaling to back plate contrast makes it easy to obtain readings. Glow faceplate is a nice feature . Nice it holds a reading and has the bleeder. Swivel ends assist in awkward valve stems - my Harley front tire is an awkward to get at valve stem. Has good easy to seal chuck - hate those that bleed when trying to obtain a reading, a big plus to me. I have culled out several gauges to have what I now have (digital & analog dial) and this gauge reads accurate. Like thermometers, if I have 15 and 13 read the same, the 2 that don't get tossed. Then I work off those when adding more. I like this gauge a lot. Feels good in the hand, good sealing chuck, easy to read, good quality and good price. Its habit I check pressures on the vehicle nearly weekly in case one starts to drop or temperature outside swings a good bit. Although one vehicle reads the psi for each tire, I still take a gauge and check myself. Spares checked every few months. Mentioned my Harley has a difficult to get to and obtain a reading on the front without bleeding air and this JACO does just fine. The scaling and subdivisions readings makes it easy to obtain the psi reading accurately. My use is 30s and 40s psi range and a 0-60psi gauge will give me easier readings/resolution than something that reads to 100 or more psi. For the price point I am impressed with the quality and accuracy this gauge provides. The seller will email/contact buyers and want to be sure the customer is completely satisfied in every way. Ordered and received it super fast.
