Bad Quality Dial
The overall look of the product is good but the quality of the dial has spoilt my experience with the product. It has a lot of scratches on it which makes it look shabby. But otherwise it has a classy look.

Clock shows time delay
The clock was adjusted accoeding to exact time but after few hrs it shows around 2 to 3 minutes behind. Can anything be done about it as ive crossed the 10 days returnable time span.

Product is good but received damaged. It’s glass was broken totally.

Packaging and Quality needs to be verified
First time when i received the product, the glass was broken and i asked for a replacement.The second time, the glass was okay, but the product lacked adequate quality as the dial had holes (for screws) that were damaged. Hence returned it.
