Hello it is a pencil shape - I purchased this and it is a fantastic purchase - great quality and many compliments. Withstands all kinds of weather.

Q: Is it a cane too with a rubber stopper to prevent slipping?

It does function as a cane but it does not come with a rubber tip covering.

Q: For a pencil shape umbrella 25'' looks a bit short isn't it? wondering what is the actual length please?

Stylish

Very nice & stylish. Ground tip should have a grip type cap for cane use. I can’t speak to sturdiness yet. The handle & neck appear a bit thin to me.
