This is a very good massager. I’ve used it many times already, and it works well on my neck, shoulders, and lower back. It’s honestly very effective. The only downside is that it has to be plugged in to work, so you need to sit close to a power outlet. Overall, it really helps relieve physical fatigue, and I’m still very satisfied with it.

Omg it works amazing ! The only things keeping it from 5 stars is it is heavy and just a bit hard and the cord being on left side is awkward. Only at day one but I love it so far.

I do not have a video to post. But the product is wonderful. Just arrived and used it. Strength and settings are perfect. The price is definitely worth it. Will be purchasing as Christmas gifts. You can also use it on lower back or legs and it’s great. I give a 5 star for quality for the price. Can’t go wrong. Heat setting is good for me. Some reviews do not compliment the heat. But really you don’t want it too hot.

Good quality, easy to use

Obviously, many people like this unit, but it is not, in our opinion suitable or thin people: the rotating components are far too hard and angular for anything but fleshy areas, even at the lowest setting and is unpadded. This is particularly bad for the neck area, and to make it worse they made the unusual decision to start on the strongest setting which made a particularly bad first impassion. I own a fleet of powerful massagers and none are as painful, whether percussive or rolling. It does a credible job on extremities, except that the large pads get in the way, and the controls are not conveniently located, detachable pads and a wired controller would be better in my option.

I have a very bad neck and all my stress goes straight to my neck and shoulders so I invested in this and I am glad I did. It has a timer of 15 minutes and I will sit with this on for up to 1 to 2 hours sometimes I fall asleep with it. It's very comforting it has a heat element and it's easy to move around to find the spots that are sore. It was well worth the money spent very easy to use and massage functions of balls work extremely well and you're able to maneuver them to the spots that need the most massaging sometimes if you press too hard balls will stop rolling so I have to be careful because I don't want to strip the motor on it by doing so. The rollability of the spinning balls are is very nice and it was well worth the money I spent.

I really didn’t think this product would be very useful and got it for my boyfriend for his birthday as a kind of joke because he refuses to get professional massages. But it turns out that we both actually really like it and use it a lot! We keep it in the living room tucked away and pull it out anytime we have sore or stiff back muscles or if I’m getting a headache. I use it a lot for my shoulders and upper back and he mostly uses it for his shoulders and lower back. I love that you can change the speed and I like that it warms up a bit with the red light. It has a lot of power and you can control the pressure with your arms through the loops which I really like. The rotating shiatsu balls inside are surprisingly effective at kneading the muscles really deeply. I also like that you can change the direction in which they rotate (and they change direction during the session on their own as well, which I also like.). Really surprisingly impressed with this product and the fact that it has lasted three years is incredible! I have recommended it to all my family and friends.

Omg this is great. Cheaper than a single massage and you can use it whenever you want. The product I received is actually a lovely teal colour instead of the bright blue pictured and comes in a matching bowling style bag 😍 I received it the day after ordering and have used it multiple times and telling everyone I know about them. Will probably buy a few for Christmas presents!! Best ~$50 I've ever spent.

This neck massager is great. I love that you can control the intensity as well as adding heat if needed. I highly recommend it.
