Necesito los chips para las cintas, no imprime sin el chip... Por favor su ayuda. Le instale el último firmware que esta en la página e igual no funciona. Como me pueden ayudar? Talvez me comparten el firmware, porque me dijeron que con eso ya funcionaria.

No imprime correctamente
No reconoce la cinta la impresora. Seguí las intrucciones del empaque (actualización y configuración); sin embargo, al momento de imprimir, se demora mucho y salen opacas las impresiones (muy blancas). NO ES ORIGINAL.
