The pattern is nice--not pixelated or grainy, though it will likely always be creased since there is quite a bit of crinkling of the fabric when it's wrapped. Also, the centerpiece on the top of the umbrella is a flower, which I didn't realize when I bought it. It is very hard to fold back up--when you wrap the strap around it, you have to be careful to not pull any of the struts out of place. Even when you DO successfully wrap it up, the thin struts are not easily pinned in the right place. You could take the time to wrap it nicely, but most umbrellas I've used wrap nicely without having to deliberately straighten each fold of fabric yourself. I only wish it was a larger umbrella and the strap for it can't fit my wrist.
