Follow the instructions on the rapper and you'll be fine. I recommend grating it before you add it to the milk. It will melt a lot faster. Otherwise you're going to be there for a good minute. A skim will form on top of it once it starts to cool, this is normal.

I've had these in the past and they were better. These tasted old and would'nt melt in the hot milk. had to whisk it. Flavor not so good

Taste wise, not so great, sorry, and I wasn’t able to dissolve it, not in hot milk, or water, or anything.

I am not a coffee drinker, so hot chocolate was my alternative.(usually more in the winter). I use a few supplements to make a health drink, and find it doesn't effect the taste. I warm up the Silk brand Dark Chocolate Almond milk, and then add 2 squares of Abuelita when the milk is warm. I also add a portion of gourmet chocolate bars (I have a local discount store where I get these at great prices) . I place a scoop of Collagen Peptides and a scoop of Benefiber (trying to lower my cholesterol). The last thing after the cup is made is I add a scoop of Potato starch, this helps with blood sugar and is a pre biotic. The extra things I add make a great texture, and I can't taste them.
