This looks and feels high quality, it is fairly heavy stuff to work with, although manageable and easily cut with a large scissors at the edges, we attempted to use a Stanley knife at first, but it wouldn't cut this stuff, it's robust stuff.Every confidence that this will last a very long time, seems durable tough stuff, you would have no issue if you wanted to put it in a garage workshop, it's robust enough.Used it for flooring our large Garden Shed. We ordered 13 meters as the shed was 4 x 3 metres we reckoned we could cut it in 3 strips of 4 metres with a little extra for trimming. If you do decide to order this quantity then be aware that the courier may not accept it due to weight of the complete roll. However, the seller contacted us about this and we got 3 separate rolls to resolve this issue.Overall we are delighted with this product
