Has fat thick delicious tones like Lizzo after her weight loss and that just shouldn’t be possible at this price range. And I mean that. Plus the finish is like a well executed cream pie. This thing is sick. Seriously. Ive had more expensive models like the 2001 SR405 and this puts it to shame. Just buy it.

**Q: What is the tunning?**
A: A five-string bass adds a low B string in addition to the standard bass strings of E, A, D and G

**Q: What is the tunning?**
A: From lowest string to highest, it is tuned B-E-A-D-G

**Q: Does it come tuned?**
A: These bass guitars will likely need to be tuned after opening the package. Changes in humidity and temperature can affect the tuning and it will at least need some tuning out of the box.

**Q: Can i string it eadgc instead of beadg?**
A: You can put whatever strings/ tuning that you want, it may be a little sloppy though, as the nut is sized for the standard 5 string tuning with the low B string.
Do not get this bass unless you have plans to replace the pickup as the stock one is garbage. I dropped an EMG active pickup in mine and it sounds great. Total cost after the pickup was about 320$

Great 5 string bass as I was looking for something completely different.I still own a 1998 Fender Jazz Bass (Mexico) still a good guitar but needed another change. This suits me perfectly and what I read is all true , great sound, light weight and fast action neck. Definitely worth the buck and very satisfied
