Edit: I am so excited to report back! I called down some and shot off an email to the company email on the bag. I heard back super quick and all communications with this company were the same. The quick, friendly and caring emails back were so refreshing. They sent me an entire brand new set of books, with all 6 books and they were all creased into actual book shapes. I am impressed with the diligence and superior support from this company. Product is a good quality and enjoyable to my little one. They crinkle and squish nicely in lo's hands and are an appropriate weight for tiny arms. I am still unsure of the reason for the red ribbon but I think it adds a cute touch. Just remember when baby is starting to put hands and things in their mouth, this might be a choaking hazzard if baby isn't within eye sight. This product went from 1 star to 5 stars, I would 10/10 recommend. Original: 1st off, I am missing the vehicle book. 2nd, the books won't crease so they are permanently in the open laying flat position. Im disappointed they left out an entire book. I bought 6 not 5 and I was hoping they would work out great for my child but now I'm not sure. I dont know if I should return them or just cut my losses with this company. I am just so frustrated and will not buy anything further from this company, obviously this must be their way to nickle and dime people out of their money.

Wow, these books are great! Love the black and white contrast! They are so bright and vibrant, they immediately grab babies attention. They are soft, with that crinkle sound, so they grab them up. The red little cloth loops, are great to hang them from, their car seat, mobile, side of the crib.... anywhere. These also will will grow with them, being able to use them for recognition and vocalizing the different pictures. My grandson is 4 months and loves them.

I absolutely love this black-and-white crinkle book set! The texture is wonderfully crinkly, making it perfect for little babies and their sensory development. The high contrast black and design is fantastic for tiny ones who are still developing their sense of sight. Plus, it's super easy to clean and incredibly durable I've had mine for a long time, and it’s still in great shape. I bought these for my infant and I am in love with the quality! The images are detailed, vibrant, and sharp. There are a good variety of items in each book. Some books have a rattle sewn in, some have a honking squeaker, but they are all crinkly covers. I love them and they are engrossing for my baby. They are small enough to be handheld and can be folded over to show just one page/image at a time, which I like. They also have ribbon loops on them in case you want to hang them up?
