I liked the bristle arrangement, it was better than the one we had from the hospital. It seems to brush well and is still soft. The sponge is less open cell than what I had before so it is smoother and holds up better. Maybe does not catch particles as well but my wife, the patient seems to like it a lot more.

If the Home Hospice you use is too cheap or lazy to provide you the few of these you need to get through this time, then get a 20 pack and give the rest to some charity. This brand of Swab and Toothbrush was acceptable, you have Sponge Swabs provided by the Hospice, but fluids in the mouth sadly coagulate as this goes on and this helped in the hospital and at home... My father had a stroke and lost the ability to swallow.

I like the smooth feeling of the handle, because I ordered different brand before, not good, the only one issue is it breaks a lot, the part connects inside the handles, many times head of the brush broke off. I hope they make stronger in the future.

I loved the fact that I could safely brush my husband’s teeth and suction the fluid and this minimizes aspirating fluid and choking.

We wish we had these years ago. Our 15 year old has a trach and cerebral palsy, and has a terrible problem with aspiration. These do a great job taking care if his teeth and keep him from getting toothpaste down his throat. We change them out weekly and they hold up great.

Toothbrush falls apart after one use. Not giving worth one star rating.

Great price BUT the connection part is too small for the suction tube so it falls out or you have to hold it together while you brush. Never had that happen with the other kind I order.
