Oscon was my last attempt to try and ease the pain of Osgood for my child. They dance many hours a week and was having to stop due to the pain. After trying physio, ice, ibruprofen, massage, stretching and strengthening, nothing was helping. After a week on Oscon small improvements were seen. 2 weeks, bigger improvement. After the first bottle, pain was greatly improved. Some days no pain, some days small pain. We are half way through our second bottle and we now have no pain at all and my child is back dancing pain free. I read they haven't worked for everyone but they have really helped us when taking 2 a day and being patient.

Normally I don’t write reviews, but after seeing one which said it doesn’t work, I’d like to say it does work, I have two sons who both have used these, one is still using them after a recurrence of his sore heel, it does take a few weeks to Kickin, both my sons were able to return to active rugby training after two or three weeks.

Made absolutely no difference to my pain and my skin started itching all over by week 4. I looked it up & this is a common side effect of selenium.

So far so good. Used this with an Ice knee bandage that I also purchased on Amazon, and my sons OSD seems to be getting less painful when playing football.

I was very skeptical, but my son says they helped his knee to feel better.

My 12 year old had been struggling with Sever's ankle pain for a few months, missed a month or more of sport to rest it (not great for him!) and we tried a few things like massage that did really help, but it was still niggling.
