Moon's HB #2 pencils are made from real wood. They sharpen easily, write smoothly, and have high quality durable erasers. Pencils use standard HB lead, equivalent to a #2 wood case pencil. Manufactured in the USA. Certified non-toxic, ASTM-D4236 approved, and comply with the Consumer Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA). Waste of money. Print rubbed right off.
These were a total waste of money. I gave one to a student and in less than an hour all the times tables had rubbed completely off or smudged. Sad. The kids were excited about them but then so disappointed. I have pencils from 20 years ago and the prints are still fine. Why do these just rub right off? Don't buy. Such a shame.
