China?** A: USA **Q: I bought one and the muffins stuck badly. What did I do wrong? Grease it? Let it cool for how long before inverting?What???** A: I have this muffin pan and have been happy with the results. I do use a non- stick spray on the bottom after trying it once without. The muffins release very easily with the spray, I still have to run around the edges with a knife and lift out though. Try it. It is still easy to clean. **Q: I'd like to purchse some stoneware for my kitchen but I'm corncerned about breaking it. How durable is it? Also, space is limited. Can they stack?** A: I like my stoneware muffin pan however, they are breakable my husband dropped my very heavy marble cutting board on mine and broke the handle off of it. I don't know that they would be any more breakable then say...a Pyrex pan. I was a bit nervous after reading a review that the muffins stuck to the pan, so I researched a little more and read that people who purchased stoneware muffin pans brushed them with oil before baking to avoid sticking. I sprayed my stoneware with coconut oil spray...it worked beautifully. My muffins popped right out and were moist and evenly cooked.
